Author guidelines for publication
The Research Group AMPS welcomes a number of article types for its scholarly journal Architecture_MPS.
The primarily article type is original Research Articles of 5-6000 words.
These are published in Volumes containing four articles on the first day of each month. Typically as Vol 1 Nos 1-4.
Other article types will be considered including: review articles, 5-6000 words; book reviews, 2000 words; conceptual critiques, 3-4000 words; and commentary articles, 2000 words. For more information on these formats visit: article types.
These pieces are published individually after the last research article in each Volume. Typically as Vol 1 No 5.
With all submission you should include a full CV and a 300 word abstract.

If you would like to inquire about the suitability of a proposed piece prior to full submission please submit an abstract or a draft copy of your manuscript for brief feedback.
Manuscripts can be submitted using any citation style but, if accepted for publication, they must conform to Notes-Bibliography System (NB) of the Chicago Manual of Style, 16th edition. click here for a short version of the Chicago Manual of Style guidelines. For peer review of completed manuscripts, please ensure that your name and any indications of institutional affiliation are removed from the submitted article. The word count should be clearly indicated. All submissions must be in .doc or .docx format to facilitate the peer-review process.
All manuscripts must be published in English, but dual copies in other languages will be published simultaneously upon request by the author. We actively encourage this multi language format.
The journal aims to inform potential contributors of a decision within three months.
Decisions by the peer-review/editorial team are final.

Guest Editors – Special Issues
Architecture_MPS welcomes proposals from Guest Editors for specific Special Issues. These special issues are themed and focused publications of 4 essays that fit within the overarching remit of the journal.
Proposals are welcome from editors with a specialism in any relevant field. Guest Editors source materials from other researchers in their chosen area and will work in conjunction with the an Architecture_MPS co-ordinating editors.
